Objects of Incorporation of The uwstudent.org Media Corporation

The establishment and operation of a media organisation for the purposes of:

• A Disseminating news and information to University of Waterloo students and the University of Waterloo community
• B Provide a forum and means for feedback allowing participation of members of the corporation in the creation of content and information
• C Exploring and utilising conventional and new media and related technologies as well as studying the impact and role of these in society
• D Educating and training participants in media and its related technologies
• E Assisting and collaborating with other student media organisations in activities consistent with the other objects
• and such other complementary purposes not inconsistent with these objects
