City-owned property near a new multi-use recreational centre in Stratford could be in the running for a potential University of Waterloo liberal arts college, Stratford's mayor says.

Also Monday, UW's senate heard that UW is going ahead with talks with Stratford and the Stratford Festival to see if a liberal arts college in Stratford is a possibility.
